The main purpose of setting up this new blog ( which took me quite sometime with the template ) is to stay connected and to update my friends of my well-beings ! Have been quite busy with work due to the new and stricter management. And of course, now being attached, need to spend more honeymoon time. I have already updated my off days till feb, so friends whom i haven't seen for a long time, please date me out!

A short update :

With the new management at work now, I cannot afford to take MCs so frequently. The original 27 annual leave is cut down to the pathetic 18! The other 9 days are changed to replacement off, meaning that we cannnot plan it ourselves. And also, we are not allowed to change our off days. So it will be quite hard for me to go on holidays over the weekend without touching my leave. The most absurd thing being that if we take leave on a Sat, Sun, Public Holidays and the eve of it, our leave will be deducted 2 times the number of days we take.

There are more changes than these. Talking about it will just piss me off. I will just do my job being my optometrist, and get the pay i deserve at the end of every month. =)
